The Business Education Compact has announced that Upscale Automotive will receive their Small Business Achievement Award for 2000. The award is given based on Upscale's work with area high schools and School to Work programs. The award will be presented at the Business Education Compact's annual awards dinner on October 25, 2000 at the downtown Hilton.
