The NW SprinterFest has become an annual event. It is a gathering of Class C motorhomes, Class B RV conversions, custom conversions, work vehicles and other vehicle uses based on the Dodge or Freightliner Sprinter chassis. It seems as though each rig is as unique as their owners. For a look at passed years events, click on the links to the left. SprinterFest 2011: The 6th Annual NW SprinterFest was another great success!! The day was overcast but dry with the temperature just right. There were about 40-45 Sprinters (lost count) and about 80 people (to many to count and unfortunately not everyone registered). The food was great, grilled jumbo prawns, scallops wrapped in bacon, grilled veggies, brats, salads, Italian meat balls, fruits and my favorite Costco chocolate chip cookies. Someone brought a wonderful cream cheese cake while others brought their special and yummy homemade cookies and date bread!! There were owner built conversions galore. Some as close as you can get to a home on wheels while others were in their preliminary stages. BTW, Graphite Dave’s conversion is coming right along and is awesome! Sprinter owners from as far as Montana came to share their ideas, which is what makes these events so wonderful.
SprinterFest 2010: The 5th Annual NW SprinterFest was held on April 17th, 2010. This year featured RV conversions done by van owners. Sprinter owners from all over the West Coast attended and they brought their pride and joys for all to see and share. And like last year... we had great weather with lots of good food! There were 39 Sprinters and 80-100 people sharing and having fun.
SprinterFest 2009: On April 18, 2009, our "good weather luck prevailed" and we held the 4th Annual NW SprinterFest. This year we featured the Sprinter 4wd conversion along with many conventional and DIY Sprinter conversions. With the grills going full blast and the pot luck table full, we all enjoyed the day.
